The Beaujolais Blanc reprensents 2% Beaujolais. This rare wine is so often underestimated.
VINIFICATION
The harvest takes place in mid-September. All the grapes are picked manually.
The whole grape harvest is pressed directly on arrival in the cellar.
Alcoholic fermentation is conducted in 18°C.
