Our exact recipe for this very local aperitif has remained a secret for 3 generations.

It is made using the first press juice of the harvest, which we call Paradis.

This spirit-based drink is the expression of the originality of Beaujolais winemaking techniques with all its fruit aromas and finesse.

In a word: Tasty.
Serve chilled to 6-7°C. It can be kept for several years.
